If you wish to use CuteFTP to upload your website, it can be downloaded from
here.
Install CuteFTP as normal and when you reach the Connection Wizard follow the steps below to set up the Digital Crocus FTP server.
For the site name enter Digital Crocus.
Our FTP address is ftp.digital-crocus.com.
Enter your main username and password here.
You may leave the final page on the default settings.
After logging in, you should see directories for each of your domain names; ensure you upload your files into these directories rather than the main folder - your website needs to be uploaded into a domain folder in order to appear online.
