This tutorial will show you how to set up your iPhone to work with your Digital Crocus email account. All our accounts support the iPhone via the ubiqutous IMAP protocol which allows you to store your email in folders on our servers.
Here is the iPhone home screen:

Tap Settings, and scroll down to Mail, Contacts and Calendars...

Go into this menu.
Tap "Add Account..."
Choose "Other".

Choose Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, the email address you want to set up (this can include any address at one of your domains, or your username@digital-crocus.com address).
Tap Save and it will "look up account information". A moment later, you will get this screen:
You should leave it on the default IMAP, and proceed to set up the "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server" sections as follows:

That is, host name mail.digital-crocus.com, and your usual Digital Crocus username and password (or mailbox username and password if you are using a mailbox which you set up in our Control Panel).
And for outgoing mail server, smtp.digital-crocus.com and your regular Digital Crocus username and password.

You may get these two warnings - that is because our secure servers are self-signed - do not worry, it still encrypts your emails going to and from your iPhone - so just click Continue.
At this point your email should be correctly set up and so you can go to Messages and view your emails - for example, here I am reading a recent email from a customer on my iPhone:
Enjoy - and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us on 0845 508 1104, or email us at sales@digital-crocus.com or support@digital-crocus.com.
