So you are over your disk quota? Have you considered upgrading to a better account? If you wish to do this please click here. If you are not ready to upgrade to another account yet you can try the following:
There are a few things to try if you are unexpectedly over your quota.
- You can see a breakdown of your disk quota usage here. This should help determine what's consuming space under your account.
- Your log files grow every time someone visits your website. You can delete your logs via the Access Logs section of the control panel, or if you wish to have your logs disabled please contact us on support@digital-crocus.com.
- You may need to clear your Spam folder, you can do this via webmail at mail.digital-crocus.com or click here to learn how to do it in Outlook 2002 or Outlook Express . If you don't delete it, your spam is still stored on the server and consumes disk space.
If you are unable to save disk space this way the only option left may be to upgrade your account; contact us for more information.
