Q I have set up a mail box under my domain name. How can people log on using a remote e-mail package? What will their username be? And will the password be the one I set them for the mailbox?
A The username will be the username you entered when you created the mailbox. The password will be the one you set. Incoming and outgoing servers will be mail.digital-crocus.com. Incoming server type should be IMAP and outgoing SMTP must have authentication enabled with the same credentials you use to log in (you usually have to specifically enable this).
