Have you waited 48 hours since you purchased the domain? If not please be patient as the Domain registration process can take up to 48 hours. If you have waited 48 hours please contact at: support@digital-crocus.com
I bought my domain from a different registrar
- Have you added the domain to your account?
You can add domains to your account via the domains section of the control panel.
- Have you set the domain's nameservers to point at our servers?
Our nameservers are as follows:
ns1.digital-crocus.com
ns2.digital-crocus.com
You should be able to find an option to set the nameservers for your domain in your registrar's control panel - if you have trouble finding it, drop them a quick e-mail and they should be able to set the nameservers for you in no time.
